By downloading, installing, or using the Screen Recorder application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS/macOS devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Screen Recorder Pro is offered as a one-time lifetime unlock via the Apple App Store. Payments are charged directly to your Apple ID. Transactions are processed securely by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms of service and refund policies.
You are solely responsible for all content recorded with the App. You agree not to use the App to capture copyrighted content without authorization, record content in violation of third-party privacy rights, or engage in any unlawful activities.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to support high-fidelity exports, we cannot guarantee error-free performance or compatibility with all iOS system configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spyridon Bousios / SB Apps is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or recorded media) arising from the use of the App.
