By downloading or using Ruler Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
SB Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ruler Studio on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.
Measurements and calibration
Ruler Studio is a utility for quick reference measurements. Accuracy depends on device display data, calibration, viewing angle, screen condition, and user alignment. Do not rely on the app where certified, safety-critical, medical, construction, legal, or industrial measurements are required.
Ruler Pro Lifetime
Ruler Studio may offer a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase named Ruler Pro Lifetime. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Restores and refunds are handled under Apple's App Store rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the app, interfere with purchase verification, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Disclaimer
Ruler Studio is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SB Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
