Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the app “Photo & Picture Resizer” (the “App”), provided by SPYRIDON BOUSIOS (the “Developer”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

• You may use the App for lawful personal or commercial image resizing workflows.
• You are responsible for the content you import, edit, and export.
• You must have the rights to any images you process with the App.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• The App includes optional in-app purchases and may include auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any free trial (if offered) converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Pricing, available plans, and feature access are shown in the App and/or on the App Store product page and may change from time to time.

No Advertising

The App does not display third-party advertisements.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, including feature sets and pricing, to improve quality, security, and compliance.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits resulting from App use.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or the Developer. You may terminate them at any time by uninstalling the App and canceling active subscriptions through Apple where applicable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
